At Multimedia Games, the Network Operations Center is committed to providing exceptional customer service and support utilizing the utmost level of professionalism, technical expertise, and knowledge to ensure 100% satisfaction for each and every customer.  Our goal is to ensure continuous business operations for all of our customers within the Production environment and provide timely resolution to issues when they arise. That's why our Network Operations Center is staffed round the clock — 24/7, 365 days a year — with dedicated on-call support for advanced issues. 

Our team of Network Analysts and Systems Engineers provide monitoring, service and application management, and call-center functions for facilities worldwide.

Our suite of tools provides real-time monitoring of server availability, temperature alerting, and performance metrics.  Additionally, our Network Operations team has dedicated database specialists who perform routine maintenance and health checks to ensure the stability and optimal working conditions of all of our data center equipment.

In the event that field service is required, the Network Analyst will dispatch on-call Multimedia Games field service personnel.  Additionally, advanced engineering support is available 24/7 for business critical issues that require immediate resolution to resolve revenue impacting incidents.
